The Seton Difference

Our new teachers are experiencing the Seton difference

When you work at Seton you are part of a team that loves and believes in their students and is committed to educating the whole child–mind, body and spirit.

Seton Teacher Academy

As any great teacher knows, learning is a lifelong journey. Our monthly Seton Teacher Academy is one path to learning new teaching techniques to discovering dynamic new methodologies – and why they are working. The best part for a Seton educator is that your peers are all on the same page.

Career Support and Development

We help you become the teacher our students deserve.

Seton Catholic Schools has built a transformational education model based on research- and school-tested best practices for rigorous, 21st century instruction. Our teachers are putting the model to work in the classrooms and already seeing results. It is as exciting for the teachers as the students.

One way Seton educators and their students are accomplishing this feat is through the benefit of more than 15 days of educator professional development each year. We have also invested in new instructional and leadership coaching to develop and encourage all educators and leaders. In 2017-18 school year we will expand theses supports by deploying additional Deans and Master Teachers to lead school-specific supports, including mentoring and coaching.

The Seton Semester Corps program is talent innovation at work. New teachers rotate to teach alongside experienced educators in a variety of settings to grow their skills and find a long-term fit in our diverse network.

Know someone perfect for the Seton team? We’ll be happy to make the contact. The person referred will still need to apply online, but we can provide additional information on Why Seton is an outstanding career choice.
