Enrollment Process
Here’s what we need for you to do:
Step 1: Fill out the choice application online!

Step 2: Please bring the following documents below to our school:
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of immunization records
Please provide proof of residency
Once we have everything in, your spot will be secured for the next school year!
